We can also offer surveillance of a property’s systems jointly with Sydtotal’s service department. In the event of an alarm, we can fix the problem immediately. As all properties are unique, we will tailor a solution to suit your precise requirements. We can also offer camera surveillance, access systems, door locks, information systems, etc.

Doesn’t it involve an awful lot of wires?

Actually, no. Today we are able to use the ordinary network in a property to connect units that would previously have required separate systems, with all that entailed in the way of drilling holes and feeding through cables. Instead of maybe five or six parallel sets of cables for doors, alarms, controls and regulation, we can now connect most types of equipment to the property’s normal fibre or copper network.
